Adding Internet Access information is an optional field and you may choose multiple options to reflect the services available.
Update Internet Access
When you're creating your profile, you will be prompted to nominate any Internet Access during the step-by-step process. If you're adding this information to an existing profile, follow the steps below.
The following process applies to all profile types, except Events. See: Internet Access for Events for details.
Log In: Log in to ATDW
Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'
Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.
Internet Access: In the sub menu that appears, select 'Internet Access'.
Update: Select one or more internet access options relevant to your business.
Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.
Broadband Internet Access
Indicates high-speed internet access is available, typically through wired connections such as fiber or DSL. This is often available in accommodations or venues where guests can use a reliable, fast connection.
Free Wi-Fi
Wireless internet access provided at no extra cost to your guests. This is a popular amenity for many travellers who expect to stay connected during their visit.
Paid Wi-Fi
Wireless internet is available, but a fee is required for access. This can be a useful option for businesses offering premium or unlimited internet services as an added feature for guests.
