By adding your social media links, guests can follow, like, and interact with your content, helping you foster a loyal community and stay top of mind for future bookings.

It’s a simple way to showcase what makes your business special, share updates, and encourage customer interaction - all of which enhances your visibility, builds stronger engagement, inspires brand loyalty and boosts your reach to attract more visitors.


Add or Update Social Media

The following process applies for all profile types, except Events.

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Social Accounts: In the sub menu that appears, select 'Social Accounts'.

  5. Add or Update: Working your way down the list, tick the checkbox for any social media accounts or channels your business has and add the details as required.
    For any online platforms, you will be prompted to add a URL.
    Please provide your hashtag in the following format #yourhashtag

  6. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers


Add or Update Social Media for Events

Maintaining your social media links to your profile helps potential customers connect, stay updated, and engage with your event across platforms, boosting visibility, strengthening engagement, and expanding your reach.

The following steps apply only to Event profiles. For all other profile types, see Add or Update Social Media

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Optional Information: In the sub menu, select 'Optional Information'.

  5. Social Accounts: Scroll down the page to the 'Social Accounts' Section. Click the down arrow to expand the section.

  6. Add or Update: Working your way down the list, tick the checkbox for any social media accounts or channels your business has and add the details as required.
    For any online platforms, you will be prompted to add a URL.

  7. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers

Apple Store

Foursquare

Google My Business

Google My Business is a free tool that lets businesses manage their online presence on Google Search and Maps. For tourism businesses, having a complete profile helps improve local SEO and makes it easier for travellers to find and contact you. We also provide a service that allows you to sync your Google My Business account with your profile, so any changes made within our platform will be reflected in your Google My Business profile. No, we will not post anything to your social media accounts.
