Help your customers know where your tour begins and ends by adding Tour Location information for your Tour.

Accurate location information ensures that your tour appears in relevant searches, improves visibility in location-based search, and helps travellers plan their trips with confidence.

Start Location

Select whether your location:

  • Does not have a set starting location: For example, you tour collects guests from their accommodation

  • Has the same starting location as your Organisation address/location: For example, your tour is onsite at your art gallery. If selected, your Organisation address will appear below.

  • Starts at another address: If selected, additional address fields will appear below.

Use the steps below to define another Start Location for your Tour.

  3. Check location: Take a moment to check that the pin on the map is in the correct location.

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Find Tour: In the sub menu, click the relevant tour you'd like to add location details for. Additional options relating to the tour will appear below.

  5. Location: Select 'Location'.

  6. Update: Work your way down the page updating as required.

  7. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.
