Understanding and Updating Tour Capacity
When adding tour capacity, it’s important to specify both the minimum and maximum number of participants for each tour. This helps potential customers understand whether a tour will run if they are the only ones to book, as well as what size group they’ll be joining.
What is Minimum Capacity for Tours?
This is the smallest number of participants required for the tour to operate. It's important because it helps customers understand if a tour might be cancelled due to low bookings, allowing them to plan accordingly.
What is Maximum Capacity for Tours?
This is the largest number of participants that can join the tour. Knowing the maximum capacity is important as it informs customers whether they'll be in a small, intimate group or a larger crowd, helping them choose the right experience for their preferences.
