How do I add Activities for my Tour?

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Find Activities: In the sub menu, select the relevant tour you'd like to update. More sub menu options will appear for your tour. Click on 'Activities'.

  5. Update Activities: Using the checkboxes, select the relevant activities from the list provided. Ensure you only select the activities that are truly offered as part of the tour experience as misleading information can lead to customer dissatisfaction.

  6. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.
