How to update or add media links to my profile?

Please note: the process below applies only to Event profiles, for all other profile types, see: How to update media links

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Media Links: In the sub menu, select 'Optional Information'. Scroll down the page to the 'Media Links' Section. Click the down arrow to expand the section. Add the title of the blog or article in the space provided, then the URL in the Media Link field. If adding multiple articles, click the 'Add another Media Link' option, and repeat the process.

  5. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.
