How do I pay?

Payment is accepted in one of two ways:

  1. Directly through our Payment Gateway; or

  2. Fees may be included as part of a membership package through your Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO). Our partners, Visit Victoria maintain a list of Victorian RTOs - click here for details.

I am Accredited by I'm still being charged the full fee

If you hold the necessary accreditations, but your fees haven't updated at the time of payment, please email to atdwsupport@visitvictoria.com.au with supporting material regarding your accreditation.

I am a Not for Profit, but still being charged the full fee

Your status as a Not for Profit organisation is determined by your ABN. To receive a free Profile, please provide your ABN.

How can I access and download the invoice for my Victorian ATDW profile?

The ATDW platform automatically generates and saves your invoice once payment is completed. You can access invoices for your active profile via the ATDW dashboard.โ€‹

Follow these steps:

  • Log in to your ATDW account.

  • Navigate to "Account."

  • Open "Plans" > "All your plans."

  • Click the "Order History" button beside the relevant profile.

  • Locate the applicable annual invoice and click "View invoice" to open a PDF copy.

You may then download and save the invoice for your records.

Why can I not see my recent profile renewal invoice?

Invoices may take up to two weeks to appear in your ATDW account after renewal, as they are processed via our accounting systems. If you have recently renewed your profile, please check back in two weeks to access your invoice. For further assistance, contact the Visit Victoria team for support.
