How do I pay?
Payment is accepted in one of two ways:
You can pay directly through our payment gateway; or
Fees may be included as part of a membership package through your Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO). Our partners, Visit Victoria maintain a list of Victorian RTOs. Please click here for details.
Who do I contact about my payment?
If your tourism business is located in Victoria and you have a question about paying for your ATDW profile, please contact Visit Victoria’s dedicated ATDW Support Team by phoning 1300 306 366 during business hours or by emailing atdwsupport@visitvictoria.com.au
How do I view or download my invoice?
Our platform automatically generates and saves your invoice once payment is complete. Here's how to access invoices for active profiles:
Log In: Log in to the platform
Account: In the main menu, select 'Account'
Access Plans: In the sub-menu that appears, navigate to 'Plans'. Then select 'All Your Plans'.
Find Profile: A list of your profiles will appear. Navigate to the relevant profile from the list.
Order History: Click the corresponding 'Order History' button. A record of all invoices paid for that profile will appear.
View Invoice: Click the relevant 'View Invoice' link. The Invoice will appear in a new window for you to view and download for your records.
Why can't I see my recent invoice?
Invoices can take up to two weeks to appear in your account after renewal. If you have recently renewed your profile, please check back in two weeks to access your invoice. For further assistance, contact the Visit Victoria team for support by emailing atdwsupport@visitvictoria.com.au.
I am an accredited business. Why am I still being charged the full fee?
If you hold the necessary accreditations, but your fees haven't updated at the time of payment, please email atdwsupport@visitvictoria.com.au with supporting material regarding your accreditation.
I am a not-for-profit business. Why am I still being charged the full fee?
Your status as a not-for-profit business is determined by your Australian Business Number (ABN). If you are still being charged the full fee, it is possibe that you have not yet provided your ABN. See: Adding and Updating your ABN.
