Why Should You Clear Your Cache?

Clearing your cache is a quick way to resolve many common issues on our platform. Your browser stores temporary files (the cache) to speed up your experience, but over time these files can become outdated.

By clearing your cache, you force your browser to download the latest files from our platform, giving you a clean slate and often resolving these issues immediately. Regularly clearing your cache can also improve performance and help troubleshoot problems when things aren’t working as expected.


How to Clear Your Cache

Pro Tip:

Most browsers let you use Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac) to quickly open the clear cache menu.

Follow the steps below for your browser.

Google Chrome (Desktop)

  1. Click the three dots (top right).

  2. Go to History > History.

  3. Click Clear browsing data.

  4. Select All time as the time range.

  5. Tick Cached images and files.

  6. Click Clear data.

Google Chrome (Mobile)

  1. Tap the three dots.

  2. Tap History > Clear browsing data.

  3. Choose All time.

  4. Tick Cached images and files.

  5. Tap Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the three lines (top right).

  2. Go to History > Clear Recent History.

  3. Set Time range to clear to Everything.

  4. Tick Cache.

  5. Click OK.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dots (top right).

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  4. Tick Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear now.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Click Safari in the top menu.

  2. Go to Settings (or Preferences).

  3. Click Privacy.

  4. Click Manage Website Data > Remove All.

Safari (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Go to Settings > Safari.

  2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
