What is a Profile Number or Profile ID?

A Profile Number or Profile ID is a unique identification number assigned to each profile within our platform.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Each Profile within ATDW has both a Profile Number (or Profile #) and a Profile ID (or UID) assigned as soon as it is created.

Profile Number

A Profile Number (or Profile # or AU Number) is a unique number assigned to each profile within our platform.

The Profile Number contains an AU and then a seven digit unique number. Hence why sometimes called your AU Number.

Your Profile Number helps you, our support team, and distributors quickly locate, reference, and manage your specific profile. If you ever need assistance or are asked to provide details about your listing, quoting your Profile Number ensures we can access the correct information without delay.

Where to Find Your Profile Number

You can find your Profile Number or Profile # in a couple of places.

Profile ID

A Profile ID (or UID) is a unique identification number assigned to each profile within the database itself.

The Profile ID is a string of 24 unique characters, comprising randomly generated digits and letters. It is used primarily by distributors wanting to access the content of your specific profile from the database using the API.

Some State Tourism Organisation or Distribution partners may ask for your Profile ID as part of grant applications, campaigns or registration for programs.

Where to Find Your Profile ID

You can find your Profile ID or UID in the URL within the address bar when you have your profile open (shown below).
