Understanding Organisation Types & User Permissions

Our platform grants different levels of access to users according to their organisation type. Each access level is outlined below.

Regional and Local Tourism Organisations, Visitor Information Centres and other tourism organisations

Regional Tourism Organisations (RTOs) and Local Tourism Organisations (LTOs), Visitor Information Centres (VICs) and other tourism organisations curate Destination Information, Information Services and Journey profiles. They also play a vital role in advocating for ATDW and supporting our industry at the grassroots level.

RTOs, LTOs, Visitor Information Centres (VICs) and related tourism bodies manage their own spaces, but collaborate with state partners. We refer to this User Group as 'VIC/RTO/IND'.
