During the review, team members assess each profile for:
Eligibility and Compliance: Ensuring all submissions meet National Standards for category, content, and business type.
Duplicates: Detecting and removing duplicate profiles to maintain data integrity.
Spelling, Grammar and Accuracy: Checking for correct spelling, grammar, and factual accuracy.
Contact Information: Verifying that all contact details, URLs, and social links are working and up to date.
Accreditation and Memberships: Validating supplied accreditations, memberships, or star ratings.
Organisation Details: Confirming business or organisational details are correct.
Location Details: Ensuring the area and region information is accurate and exists in the database.
Admin Fields: Adding or refining tags, activities, and short descriptions for search and categorisation.

What Happens after the Review?
If all criteria are met, the profile is approved and automatically published across our distributor network. If changes are needed, the profile owners will receive specific guidance for updates via email. They then re-submit their profile for review.
