Audit Trail

The Audit Trail helps you keep track of changes made to a profile.

Updated over a week ago

The Audit Trail helps Administrators keep track of changes made to a profile. Visible only to Admin users, the Audit Trail automatically records:

  • Date – when the change was made

  • User – who made the change

  • Fields Edited – which sections of the profile were updated

This gives you a clear record of what was changed, by whom, and when.

The Audit Trail and comments within are not visible to the profile owner if they have a Standard level account. These comments are for administrative use only and should not be used to communicate with profile owners.

Why use the Audit Trail?

The Audit Trail helps maintain accurate and reliable information. It’s useful for:

  • Checking recent updates

  • Reviewing who made a change and when

  • Understanding the history of a profile

Where to find the Audit Trail

When viewing a profile within the platform, Administrators can view and update the Audit trail by accessing the Audit Trial option in the sub menu (shown below).

Adding comments to the Audit Trail

You can add a comment in the Audit Trail to provide extra context about a change. When adding a comment, use clear, concise comments so anyone reviewing the Audit Trail understands the what, why and when behind a change at a glance.

For example:

  • Record disabled: "Profile removed due to prolonged inactivity—property has not operated for six months."

  • Contact updated: "Contact number changed following team request on 12/08/2025."

  • Profile amended: "Trading hours updated to reflect new off-season schedule—effective August 2025."

  • Data correction: "Corrected ABN after regulatory update confirmed previous entry was incorrect."

  • Ownership changed: "Ownership updated—new operator details provided and verified."

  • Image replaced: "Main gallery image replaced due to outdated branding."

  • Facility closure: "Swimming pool facility marked as ‘temporarily unavailable’—renovations from August to November 2025."

  • Special note: "Record disabled—business closed voluntarily during redevelopment."
