Updating your bank details is easy in Aurion.

Accessing Bank, Tax & Super

Simply select 'Pay' from the menu at the top of the screen.
From there you can choose 'Bank, Tax & Super' to access your personal pay details.

Adding new bank details

When you need to add new bank account details in Aurion, you will need to create a new Bank account record and determine when this record will become effective. This will ensure there is an active bank account listed at all times in your records.

Look for the Main Bank Account listing, and click on the New button to open a panel on the screen.

Select New to add a new bank account to your records

Begin entering in your new bank account details.

When you click on the BSB field and begin typing, Aurion will provide you with a list of BSB numbers and will automatically populate the required fields once selected.

Begin typing in your BSB number and Aurion will automatically find the correct details

Choose when this update will become effective:

  • Immediately

  • Scheduled for the next pay

Choose beftween setting this new bank account to be active immediately or at the next pay

Once all changes have been entered, click on the Save button.

Click Save to automatically update your bank account details


Pending

Any scheduled updates will move into Pending until the next pay when it will move into your Current Pay Account details.

All scheduled changes will remain in Pending until active

Change Confirmation

Once you have made any change to your banking details in Aurion, you will receive an email confirming this change.

An email will be sent out confirming any banking changes
