How do I change the address on my order that has already been shipped?

If your order has been shipped, it’s unlikely that we will be able to update details of your address with the courier.

Contact BIOV8's Member Care team via email at care@biov8.com.au or by phone at 1300 MY BIOV8, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm AEDT and we’ll aim to support however we can not guarantee that any changes are able to be facilitated.

Any uncollected orders due to a change of address are the responsibility of the member and BIOV8 will not be required to replace or recall the order.
