What if I'm shipping to a business?

All compounds going to business addresses, need to have the ‘’Name of Business’’ before the recipient's name and address. The recipient is required to collect and refrigerate the delivery as soon as possible.

BIOV8 will make every attempt to support an efficient delivery process by sending updates on delivery status either direct or through our courier partners, however it is the responsibility of the recipient to coordinate timely collection.

Any uncollected orders will be the responsibility of the recipient. BIOV8 is not liable for any loss, damage, or spoilage of compounds resulting from delayed collection or failure to refrigerate promptly upon deliver.

Please ensure that the business is aware of the delivery and that someone is available to receive it. If the order is not collected in time, we cannot guarantee the product's quality or safety.
