1. The teacher's profile is not visible to schools
The teacher may have their profile set to private or restricted visibility. Teachers need to enable "Profile viewable to every school" in their profile settings to appear in Find New searches.
2. Teacher is already on your school list
If a teacher is already added to your school's casual list, they won't appear in Find New results. Check your "My List" to see if they're already there.
3. Teacher is in a different state or region
Find New prioritises teachers in your location. If the teacher is registered in a different state or too far from your school, they may not appear in your search results.
4. Your search filters are excluding the teacher
Check your search filters - if you've filtered by:
Distance (teacher may be outside your radius)
Subjects (teacher may not have listed those subjects)
Year levels (teacher may not teach those levels)
Availability (teacher may not be available on your selected dates)
Try broadening your filters or clearing them to see if the teacher appears.
