Why use templates?

How to set up templates
Log in to your Dashboard to begin.
Navigate to SMS > Templates.
Click the +.
Name your template for quick reference and write your message
Optional: You can personalise your templates by adding merge tags or placeholders.
Click Add.
You can easily create templates in Quick SMS, SMS Campaign and Messenger too.
How to edit or delete templates
It’s easy to delete or edit templates. Just navigate to the templates section in the dashboard and click on the template you want to edit or delete.
Why do I see [variables] instead of names?
Variables like [Customer Name]
act as placeholders. When a message is sent, these placeholders are replaced with the actual data for each recipient.
