Shared numbers are free, ready to use, and don’t need registration. Messages will be sent from our pool of local Sender IDs, so the number might be different each time.
Shared numbers are recommended for one-way messaging only.
Dedicated numbers
Send from a trusted, local number. Your messages will always come from a consistent Sender ID, which is perfect for establishing trust and recognition.

Alpha tags
Alpha tags allow you to use your brand name as your Sender ID instead of a number. Recipients cannot reply to messages sent using an alpha tag.

Alpha tag registration usually takes 10 business days.
Registration requirements
Alpha tags are permitted only if registered in the AGCOM registry. Registration is limited to business users based in Italy who own the brand they intend to register.
When registering an alpha tag, you will need to provide:
What alpha tag do you want to be registered with? (11 characters maximum with no spaces).
What are your business details? including business name
An example message
Traffic type (transactional or marketing/promotional).
Your website URL
Your company's VAT number
Your company address
Your PEC - a Certified Email Address that all companies in Italy own when they register their company in Italy
Point of contact - name and email address
Fiscal Number
Short codes
Short codes are 5-6 digits long and offer superior throughput — ideal if you plan to send a high volume of messages.
