📖 Note: This article provides detailed information for users with ‘Manage Training’ or “View Insights” permissions on how to create a white-labelled assessment insights report.

Understanding Original vs White-Labelled Reports

Assessment insights reports can either be original (i.e. with FifthDomain logos in the header), or white-labelled (with your own org logo in the header, plus a “Powered by FifthDomain” logo).

An example of an Original assessment insights report header [1] is below, along with a White-Labelled assessment insights report header [2].

📖 Note: The headers for Original and White-Labelled assessment insights reports will appear like those in the images below, no matter if an assessment is individual or team-based.

📖 Note: this can only be achieved in assessments. There is no option for this feature for competitions or courses, as they do not have their own insights report feature.

White-Labelling Assessment Insights Reports

In order to white-label the report, you must first upload a logo for the Light Theme via the Upload Logo section within your org profile. In order to do this, you may need to create an org, or edit an already existing org.

✏️ Tip: the logo must be uploaded in the Light Theme for this feature to work. This is the case regardless of what theme you are using for your org, or what theme you have set as the default theme for your org.

Downloading a White-Labelled Assessment Insights Report

Once a logo is uploaded in the Light Theme, go to an Assessment of your choice that has available data in the Insights tab. First, navigate to Assessments [1], then click the Three Dots menu [2] and then View [3] an assessment.

Next, navigate to the Insights [1] tab and click Download All [2] to download reports for all available participants/teams with data. These will download to your local downloads folder as PDF files.

If you wish to download a specific report, click Select Team [1] (or participant).

Once a team or participant has been selected, click Reports [1]. This will initiate the report of the selected Team (or participant) to commence downloading to your local downloads folder as a PDF file.

After uploading a logo to the Light Theme via your org profile, any downloaded reports should contain the white-labelled logo in the report header. If you wish to change the white-labelled logo, you will need to upload a different logo to the Light Theme.

Choosing to Not White-Label your Insights Report

If you do not wish to white-label the assessment insights report, simply do not upload a logo to the Light Theme. If no logo is uploaded in Light Theme, the FifthDomain logo will be displayed, and you will see the Original form of assessment insights reports.
