What happens after the order is submitted?
Once an order is submitted:
Rello processes the order for services with Nationwide Conveyancing, sharing the relevant information via our platform
Nationwide Conveyancing will contact the vendor/agency as required to introduce the allocated conveyancer, seek necessary information and initiate the relevant searches
How long does it take to get the seller disclosure statement back?
The process to generate a seller disclosure statement typically completes within 5 working days, but can take up to 10 days depending on how responsive the local council/authorities are.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel an order if it is not yet complete.
To do so, contact Rello as soon as possible to request cancellation, and we'll arrange it with Nationwide Conveyancing.
Note that any fees already incurred cannot be refunded (if this is the case for your order, you'll be notified at the time).
