This guide shows admins and owners how to update their account with company branding.

How to Update Your Company Branding

Step 1: Hover your cursor over "Administration" on your side panel, and then click on "Branding."

Please note: If the Branding option does not appear in your Administration section, it means you don’t have the necessary Owner or Admin permissions to update your company branding.

Step 2: On the Branding screen, you will find options to update various elements of your company's branding:

  • Logo: This is your main company logo.

  • Logo Mark: This is the icon next to your name and company name in the top left corner of your screen.

  • Header Image or Video: This is the background image or video that appears at on the Home page. If using video please limit video size to max 10mb.

  • Knowledge Base Header: This image shows on your Knowledge Base. It can also be updated by navigating to the Knowledge Base and pressing the upload button indicated below.

You're done! Your account should now reflect your company's updated branding.
