Access the Administration Page
From the side panel, click on "Administration", followed by "Client Settings."
Step 1: Navigate to Technology Stack
On the top of your screen, click on 'Home Screen'.
Here you will see a 'Sections' list which is your Technology Stack that appears on your homepage.
Step 2: Create a New Icon Link
Once in the Technology Stack, look for the "Create New" button located near the top right corner.
Click on "Create New."
Step 3: Create an Icon Link from Template Library
To edit an icon link from the template library, you can access the pre-populated templates.
Click on the pencil icon next to the template you want to edit.
You can modify the name, link, and logo. Additionally, you can update the groups and member privacy settings for this link.
Step 4: Create a New Icon Link from Scratch
To create an icon link from scratch, click on "Create New" and then select "Blank Card."
Add the name of the technology and the URL.
You can choose from the available icon library or upload your own logo.
Select the groups that have access to this icon link.
Step 5: Managing Icon Links
To manage existing icon links, navigate to the specific link you want to work on.
To duplicate a link, click on the icon that allows duplication. The copied link will have "Copy" added to its name for distinction.
To delete a link, click on the pencil icon and select "Delete Card."
Step 6: Form Links
Creating form links follows a similar process.
Navigate to the "Form Link" section.
Click on "Create New" to generate a new form link using a blank card.
Step 7: Add URL for the Form Submission
In the form link creation screen, add the URL that corresponds to the front end of the form submission.
You can include various types of forms, not just Airtable ones. For example, forms from Google, HubSpot, or external websites.
Step 8: Separation of Text Stack and Form Links
โIt's worth noting that while you can technically add form links within the text stack section, they have been separated for user convenience. This makes it easier to distinguish and locate the specific links you're looking for.
