To access the Process Maps feature, go to the "Process Maps" section in the Hub.

Categories

Within the Process Maps layout, you'll find categories and the actual process maps. To create a new category, click on "+ Create Category".

In the category settings, provide a name for the category and determine the access level to restrict visibility to specific groups or users.

Creating a New Process Map

  1. To create a new process map, click on the "+ Create map" button within the category you wanted the map to live in. In the settings, you can rename the map, set it to "published" or "draft," and delete it if needed.

  2. Click the new map you just made then click the pencil icon to edit your map.

Legends

Define legends for your map, label your legends, and customize their colors as these will represent node colors.

Shapes and Connectors

Start building your process map by dragging shapes from the side pane into the workspace. Lines will help confirm alignment and spacing between elements.

  1. Adjusting Shape Size - You can adjust the size of shapes by clicking and dragging them using the dot points.

  2. Connecting Shapes - Connect shapes using connectors. Drag a connector from the side pane and link it to the shapes. Alternatively, hover over a shape, click and drag one of the squares to connect shapes.

  3. Labeling Shapes - to add text or labels to shapes, double-click on the shape and enter the text.

Navigation and Editing

Use the pan mode to navigate the map, zoom in or out, and undo or redo actions. Save your progress.

Once you're satisfied with the map, click on "Settings," and then select "Published." Ensure that the category is also published for visibility.
