Creating a Goal
Access the "Goals" page, where you can view, create, or update goals.
To create a new goal, click on "Create a New Goal."
Provide a title for the goal.
Assign the goal to a department or a specific user if required for visibility.
Add a description to provide context for the goal.
Update the status of the goal as either "completed," "blocked," or "in progress" as needed.
Define the start and end dates for the goal.
Specify the start, current, and target values, which are fields for measuring progress.
As an example, if the target value is 10, and the current value is 2, it translates to a 20% completion.
Click "Create" to save the goal.
Viewing Goal Progress
Goal progress is displayed based on the target and current values, showing the percentage completed.
Creating Milestones
Milestones are used to break down a goal into smaller achievements.
In the goal's description, expand on what's involved in completing a particular milestone.
If there are multiple milestones, list them in the description.
You can link the completion of a milestone to a course, which will automatically update the milestone to "completed" once the course is finished.
To do this, add a new milestone, link it to the course, and create it.
