Using the Embed Toggle

We can now embed shared views from Airtable to The Hub, this allows views such as Flag Checks, Master Listing Dashboard and even forms to be viewable within The Hub rather than having to click on a link that takes you to a separate tab.

​Where can I use this?

  1. Flag Check Views - great for management team who monitors flag progression over a certain period of time for their team

  2. Sales Agent Views - because Sales Agents don't have access to Airtable, this is a great way to get them engaged in The Hub as this is where they'll be accessing their views and forms from.

  3. Forms - currently, all forms are in the Form Link section and clicking on them will open up a new tab out of The Hub leading to that link. This new update basically allows forms to be viewable within The Hub

How do I do this?

To add an embedded page to The Hub, go to > Administration > Client Settings > Home Screen. From here you can either add a New Section so all of your embedded pages are in one folder or you can select one of the existing tech/form links and turn them into an embedded page.

Note: The hosting site of this URL will need to allow embedding for this to work, otherwise the page will not load.
