Course Reporting in your hub is a powerful tool for tracking user progress and course performance. It allows you to track the progress of users in the courses offered within your hub. In this step-by-step guide, we will walk you through how to access and use the Course Reporting feature in your hub.

Step 1: Accessing Course Reporting

To access the Course Reporting feature, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the "Learn" menu option in your hub.

  2. Select "Course Reporting."

Step 2: The Course Reporting Homepage

Upon accessing Course Reporting, you will be taken to the homepage, where you can view an overview of the courses and user progress in your hub. Here's what you'll find:

  • Total number of lessons in the hub.

  • Percentage of users who have watched the courses assigned to them.

  • Number of users assigned to a course.

  • Percentage of users who have completed the courses.

Step 3: Course Progress Overview

In the main area of the Course Reporting homepage, you can see the report on the number of users who have completed the course and those who haven't started it. The legend matches the status of the user.

Step 4: Filtering and Search

By default, the homepage displays all course categories in the hub. You can use the search and filter options at the top to narrow down the view to what you want to see. You can filter the report per course, per groups, and even individual members.

Step 5: Viewing Detailed Course Reports

To view a more in-depth report on a specific course, click on the expand icon of the course you want to explore further. This will take you to the learner summary.

In the learner summary, you'll find information on the total number of users assigned to the course, including staff progress. It shows the percentage of users who are in progress, have completed the course, and those who have been enrolled but haven't started it.

Learner Insights

The learner summary also provides insights into the number of users currently completing the course and those who have completed it within the last quarter, month, or week.

Activity Feed

On the left-hand side, you'll find the activity feed. It provides a log of user activities in the course. You can filter this feed by actions (completed or in progress), user, lesson, or date.

Individual Progress

On the right-hand side, you can see the individual progress tab. This provides a detailed report per user regarding their progress throughout the entire course.

*Switching Courses - If you want to check the learner summary for a different course, you can easily do so from the dropdown menu at the top of the page. Simply select the course you want to switch to.
