How to Upload NPS results

After closing the NPS survey and uploading the results into your Airtable base, the below steps will guide you how to upload the data to your hub.

Step 1: NPS Access

Make sure you have the appropriate access to the Hub.

Look for the administration icon on the Hub and access the NPS button.

If you can't see the NPS option, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Customer Support Specialist (CSS) to organize access.

Step 2: Add a New Performer:

Click on "NPS," and you'll be asked to add a new performer.

Step 3: Adding responder scores:

When adding scores, you'll need to add information for both landlords and tenants. Select the appropriate performer for the landlord and tenant. Enter Scores.

Repeat the process for adding performers and entering their scores as needed.

Uploading Previous Campaigns

To add results for other quarters, click "Create Campaign" and repeat the steps you've completed for the previous quarter.

Review Insights:

After completing the data upload for the next quarter, navigate to "Insights" in the NPS section. You should be able to see the scores you've uploaded and a graph comparison of the campaigns.
