Creating a Listings Record

Are you looking to create a listings or entries record? There are two ways to do this; from the Vacates tab or from the Pipeline tab.

To create a listings and Entries record from the Vacates tab, simply update your 'owner re-let instructions' tab to 'advertise'. As soon as you do this, the record will be created in Listings and Entries.

To create a listings record from the Pipeline tab, simply update your 'Property Status' field to 'Upcoming Listing'. As soon as you do this, the record will be created in Listings and Entries.

And there you have it! Now you know how to create a listings and entries record from both the Vacates tab and the Pipeline tab.
