How to Unarchive a Renewals Record

At times, you will need to unarchive a record in the Renewals tab of your account. Follow the steps below to learn how:

In order to unarchive a record in your Renewals tab, create a new Grid View and filter the view to show the specific property you're looking for.

Once you have found your record, navigate to the Outcome field and remove the outcome from this field.

Now this record will appear in your renewals workflow again.

It is best practice to leave a comment on the record explaining why you have unarchived the renewals record.
