Why Are There Duplicate Records in My Entries Tab?

If you've noticed duplicate records in your Entries tab, it's likely because you have repeatedly changed the Owner Re-Let Instructions field in Vacates to 'Advertise'. Each time you make this change, it will create a new record in both your Listings and Entries tabs.
