Finding Old Records in Airtable

If you are searching for an old record in Airtable, there are two ways that you can do this.

The first way is to check the Properties record for the linked records for that tab. Each time you create a record in another tab, it will typically be linked to your Properties record.

You can do this by locating the Properties record, and scrolling down to the link field for the associated tab. Here you will find a list of records for this property in that particular tab. See the gif below for an example of this:

The second way to find an old record is to navigate to the tab you're looking for your record in, and create a new grid view that is filtered in a way that would help you locate the record. For example, you could filter by address. See the gif below for an example of this:

Once you have added your filter, you will be able to find your record within the filtered list provided your record met the filter.

Now that you know how to locate old records in Airtable, you should be able to find any record you are looking for. If you have any questions or need help troubleshooting, please don't hesitate to contact Stafflink Support.
