A record will appear in your Renewals tab when the agreement end date or rent review date is within the next 120 days.

My Record Appeared In Renewals Tab Incorrectly

If a record has appeared in your Renewals tab and it should not be there, it will likely be because the agreement end date or rent review date in your CRM is incorrect. You will need to correct the agreement end date or rent review date in your CRM first, and then leave a comment on the record explaining why this record has been incorrectly generated (i.e. "the agreement does not end in the next 120 days, archiving record").

Archiving Record from your View

To archive the record from the view, you will need to input an outcome into the outcome field on the record (see gif below).

Remember that whatever outcome you choose does not matter, provided its not 'Tenant Vacating', as this will create a Vacates record for your property. After inputting an outcome, the record will disappear from your view.
