If you have a duplicate record in your Entries tab, this means one of two things; either you have updated the Owner Re-Let Instructions field in your Vacates tab to 'Advertise' multiple times, or you have updated your Property Status field in your Pipeline tab to 'Upcoming Listing' multiple times.

Leave a Comment on the Record

In order to remove the duplicate record, simply leave a comment on the record explaining the situation (i.e. "this is a duplicate, archiving record").

Updating the Status Field

The next step is to update the Status field to "Entry Finalised, Archive Record". The record will then disappear from your view. Here is an example of how this may look:

Once you have updated the Status field to "Entry Finalised, Archive Record", the duplicate record will no longer be viewable.

And that's it! Duplicate Entries tab records can easily be addressed by leaving a comment on the record and updating the Status field to "Entry Finalised, Archive Record".
