Why Can't I Link My Rental Reference?

If you can't link the rental reference record to the correct property it is likely because there is no Vacates record for that property. Until a Vacates record is created, the rental reference will not be able to be linked.

Rental References will only link to your Vacates records, so if you are not able to link the rental reference to the correct property, this is likely because there is no vacates record for that property.
