Understanding and Using the Days on Market Field

The Days on Market field in the Listings Tab is designed to show you the number of days on market, but only when your record has a Listing Date.

To show the Days on Market, simply add a Listing Date to your record and you will see the counter display a number.

The number shown represents how many days the property has been listed online. If it is a negative number, that means that we are that many days away from listing the property. If it is a positive number, that means it has been that many days since listing the property online.

If the Days on Market is incorrect, this means that the Listing Date field has the wrong date inputted. Simply update the Listing Date field with the correct date, and your Days on Market field will update accordingly.
