Step 1: Preparation.
Close the survey and upload the results into your results tab.
The results of your NPS should be linked to the Master Dashboard Tab
Step 2: Accessing the Hub.
Ensure you have the appropriate access. Look for the administration icon.
Click on the NPS button. If you don't see this option, contact your CSM or CSS for access.
Step 3: Adding New Results.
Click on "Add a new result" in the NPS section.
Select the performer (e.g., landlord or tenant).
Adding Landlord Results: For the landlord, refer to the master dashboard record.
Identify the promoter, passive, and detractor counts.
Confirm the details.
Adding Tenant Results:
Add results for the tenant following similar steps.
Ensure you're on the same month for that particular PM.
Step 4: Handling Historical Data.
If a performer is no longer in the business, click on the icon.
Click "Add performer" and type the name.
Save to add historical data without re-inviting.
Enter scores for both landlord and tenant.
Repeat for Multiple Quarters:
Click "Create Campaign" to add another quarter.
Repeat the steps for each quarter.
Check Insights:
After uploading data for a quarter, go to Insights on NPS.
Verify that the scores you uploaded are visible on the backend.
Check the graph comparison of the campaigns.
