If your recently exported properties aren't showing in the 'All Properties' view in your Properties Tab, this is likely because those records are not meeting the filters on your view.
Typically, our Airtable Template has a filter on this view, which can be seen below.
This filter means that only properties where 'is_archived' is unticked, 'is_rental' is ticked, and the Property Status is anything except for 'lost' will show in this view.
Typically when exporting, sometimes people can forget to tick 'is_rental' which can mean those new records will not appear in your 'All Properties' view.
There are multiple ways you can rectify this depending on your situation
You are yet to import the new properties, and you use an exporting view to complete this task
To avoid this, simply go back to your exporting view and 'unhide' the 'is_rental' field in this view, so moving forward you can ensure it is always ticked when you import those records into Airtable.
You have already imported the properties, and you use an exporting view to complete this task
To rectify this, go back to your exporting view where you should still see the exported properties. 'Unhide' the 'is_rental' field in this view, and then tick this field for all of those properties, and those properties will then show in your 'All Properties' view.
You are yet to import the new properties, and you don't use an exporting view to complete this task
If you do not use an exporting view, it is recommended that you set one up. To do this, create a new view, and filter it to be as per the below.
Then, once you import those properties, the records should automatically have the above filters applied to those fields as a result of pasting into the filtered view.
Here's a gif showing how to complete this.
