Step 1: Input Lease Start Date
In order to remove a Listings Record, you first need to input a lease start date into the 'Lease Start Date' field. Without this information, the record will not be considered complete and will continue to appear in your view.
Step 2: Check the Status Field
After inputting the lease start date, the 'Status' field on the record will automatically be updated to 'Leased'. This indicates that the workflow has been successfully completed and the record is no longer active.
If you do not see the status updated, double check that the lease start date was entered correctly. If the issue persists, please reach out to your CSM for further assistance.
Step 3: Record Disappeared
Once the lease start date has been entered and the status is updated, the record will disappear from your view. This means that the record has been successfully removed and you will no longer see it in your list.
