There are two ways to find your client's workflows and processes

When looking for a client's workflows and processes, you'll want to begin by using either of two options: the Hub - or - their Operation Base. These areas store a myriad of helpful documentation and aids, and are often the very first places to go to find what you're looking for. We'll dive a bit deeper into each of these two options now.

Option 1: The Hub

Imagine you are looking for documentation, a process map, or anything similar; your first stop is the Hub. The Hub is designed to connect you with appropriate user content based on your topic of interest. Simply head here to find an array of processes, learner and knowledge base data, and more.

The Hub: Process Maps

One of the most helpful tools for document-creation is a process map. Think of this as a cheat sheet for tutorial creation. They may also be listed as "workflow maps" or "process diagrams". Use the hub search bar and type in any combination of these words of interest. The most relevant results will be filtered to the top of the list.

The Hub: Learner

The Learner page on the Hub offers the opportunity to create courses for your team. Typically, when working with a CSM they will set up courses that outline your client's processes as they roll out workflows in that business. You can use the search bar on the top right-hand side to search key-words for the learning material you're searching for.

The Hub: Knowledge Base

Another option on the Hub to find a process is to search for documentation by using the Knowledge Base. A simple search will yield very helpful, clearly laid out instructions for needed processes. If you find yourself overwhelmed, sort the results by filtering for the newest documents to stay on top of the most recent releases.

Option 2: The Operations Base

The Operations Base (also known as Process and Structure Base) is another useful option for finding a client's internal processes.

Operations Base: Task Tab

The most helpful tab within the Operations Base to find a process quickly is the Task tab. Here you will find all tasks associated with workflow production. These videos and step-by-step tutorials the client offers are designed to help us better understand what they want.

Operations Base: Learning Platform Tab

If your client has been with Stafflink for a while, their Operations Base might have a Learning Platform tab. This is where your client or CSM would store videos or tutorials on your client's processes, similarly to the Tasks tab.

Can't find what you're looking for?

If you've tried these steps and cannot locate your client's workflows or processes, please contact your CSM. If you do not have a CSM, please contact your client directly.
