Using workflows

When navigating to workflows, choose a view and select yourself to begin.

Next click on any card to open up the view. These views are grouped into:

  • Action Required

  • No Action Required

  • All Records

In the 'Action Required' tab click any record to complete your task:

In this card, the 'Action Required' is that we need to return the current tenant's call.

We can organise the next follow up and edit the record.

Now the record moves into 'No Action Required'!

If you click on the record again, you can see the revision history in the right hand side panel:

You can also comment and tag coworkers on a record:

Tagging someone will send them a notification so they can get back to you with more information.
