Navigate to Ad Generator and click 'Create New Ad' get started.

*If the feature has not been enabled for your Hub, please contact Stafflink support.

Agent Box, Property Tree, Property Me and Rex are the current available integrations. Property data should automatically feed from one of these automations once a day at midnight. If not, please contact Stafflink support so we can set up the integration for you.

If the address you are looking for isn't in the drop down already, press the plus icon to add it manually.

Now add some keywords, themes and schools (schools will automatically pre-populate depending on the location of the property).

Next click 'Generate' and your Ad Generator will start making an ad for you!

Once the ad is created, you can copy the content or create a new ad if you want to change the keywords / themes etc. Your property may have multiple ads created for it, you can also search through these ads as well.

You can also approve, reject or archive generated ads.

Admin Settings

If you would like your ad content to be tailored to your agency, you can make a template for the AI to follow when making ads.

To do this. Click on the 'Templates' tab in Ad Generator and click 'Add Template'.

A template provides a prompt to the AI. For example:

TO APPLY FOR THIS PROPERTY OR FIND OUT ANY FURTHER INFORMATION VISIT OUR WEBSITE.

{Short 1 line hook}

{ 3 short paragraphs of property description and suburb location }

...

*Note that anything wrapped in {} i.e. {Short 1 line hook} will be generated by AI.

You can also add a footer to your template. Footers will not be modified by the AI and will always sit at the bottom of the ad.

To use your template, create a new ad and select your template

This will make an ad following your specified template.
