The “Agency Reporting” is essential for tracking and reporting gained and lost managements in your agency. This guide will walk you through the setup process, ensuring that the base syncs correctly with your existing Property Management Workflow base.

The sync runs once per day. When changes are made in the Property Management base, it can take up to 24 hours for them to reflect in the Reporting base.

Set Up - Gained Management Sync

  • Navigate to the "Properties" table in the Property Management workflow base

  • Open the view or create a view called SYNC-Gained Managements Sync

  • Ensure that there is no sorting or grouping on the view

  • Navigate to the "Gained Managements" table in the Reporting base

  • Open the view or create a view called Gained Sync Fields

Fields:

It's important to note that the field named syncTableId is used to connect the Id of the property between the two different databases, if this is deleted of the Id is incorrect this will result in data not updating.

Set Up - Lost Management Sync

  • Navigate to the "Properties" table in the Property Management workflow base

  • Open the view or create a view called SYNC-Lost Managements Sync

  • Ensure that there is no sorting or grouping on the view

  • Navigate to the "Lost Managements" table in the Reporting base

  • Open the view or create a view called Lost Sync Fields

Filters:

It's important to note that the field named syncTableId is used to connect the Id of the property between the two different databases, if this is deleted of the Id is incorrect this will result in data not updating.
