Managing The Hub Subscription and Billing

This article will walk through setting up your subscription on The Hub.

To set up your subscription on The Hub and manage your direct debit follow the below steps.

Note: Only users with the permission level of Owner or Admin can access billing. To check which users have the required permissions navigate to Member Management.

  1. Navigate to the billing screen by selecting your profile in the top right-hand corner and select Billing.

2. Enter your billing email address, this is the account where invoices and receipts will be emailed to.
โ€‹

3. Select the corresponding plan.

4. Complete the payment form. For direct debit from a card, select card on the payment option. For direct debit from a bank account, select AU BECS Direct Debit.

5. Your invoices and plan settings can now be managed within The Hub. If you need to update your payment method, press the update button on the linked bank account or credit card.
