The sentiment analysis feature on The Hub allows users to scan their emails with AI. The AI automatically works out how positive / negative each email is. From there, users can see graphs of their sentiment over time where they can filter by: sender, date range and email rating.

To get the AI to scan your emails, navigate to sentiment analysis and click 'Fetch'. This will kick off a job in the background to scan your emails. If you don't have access to sentiment analysis, please contact support@stafflink.com.au.

Users can also flag an email if they don't agree with the sentiment score assigned by the AI. They can do this by clicking the flag icon next to the email on the sentiment analysis page.

Admins and Owners in the Hub can navigate to sentiment analysis administration. In this administration page you can invite users to sentiment analysis as well as review any flagged emails made by your team. On this page you can also see the sentiment scores for other people in your team (not just your own scores). Note, you can only access this page if you are an Admin or an Owner in The Hub.
