The Hub Audit Log provide a powerful way to track all activities within The Hub, offering you visibility into every change made to records. Whenever a record is created, updated, or deleted, it will be logged here, helping you maintain full oversight of all modifications.

Accessing your Audit Log
To access your Audit Log, simply navigate to the "Audit Log" section, via the Administration tab in The Hub. Please note that only users with ADMIN or OWNER permissions can access this feature.

Filtering the Audit Log
To make it easier to find specific actions or events, you can filter the Audit Log by multiple criteria:

  1. Plain Text Search: Use this to search across all columns in the audit log.

  2. Date Range: Specify start and end dates to narrow down logs to a specific time period.

  3. Event Action: Filter by the type of action performed (e.g. Create, Update, Delete).

  4. Event Type: Filter based on the type of record modified (e.g. User, Membership).

  5. Performed By: Identify which user performed an action.

Exporting the Audit Log
You can easily download the filtered audit log results as a CSV file, allowing for offline analysis or reporting.

Live Feed
The Live Feed feature keeps your Audit Log up to date by automatically refreshing the log table in real time, as new changes are recorded in the database. This is especially useful for actively monitoring ongoing activities within The Hub.

Why Use Audit Log?
Audit Log give you transparency into every change, helping you identify what actions have been taken, when they occurred, and who performed them. This can be crucial for maintaining compliance, resolving discrepancies, or simply understanding the flow of data within The Hub.
