The Knowledge Base in The Hub has been enhanced with some key improvements, making it easier and more intuitive to manage your training articles.

Unified Interface for Editing and Creating Articles
There is no longer a separate interface for creating and editing Knowledge Base items. All actions can now be performed on the same Knowledge Base page, providing a more streamlined experience for users. This change makes editing and creating documents seamless and efficient.

Enhanced Access Control
You can easily manage access for different team members or groups, choosing who can view each document. Users with the role of "MEMBER" will continue to have view-only permissions, while EDITOR, ADMIN and OWNER roles can make edits as needed. This ensures that sensitive information remains secure and that access is appropriately controlled.

Powerful New Editor
The new editor brings several features to improve your workflow:

  • File Uploads: You can upload a wide range of files directly from your computer, including PDFs, images, and videos.

  • Copy and Paste Images: You can also copy and paste images directly into your articles, simplifying content creation.

  • Secure Storage: All uploaded documents are securely stored within The Hub, ensuring that only your team members have access—no more sharing important documents through email or external services.

  • Article Duplication: You can easily duplicate existing articles, allowing for faster content creation and iteration.

With all features of the Knowledge Base now in a single interface, there’s no need to switch between different sections in The Hub to make changes. This unified approach, combined with the powerful new editor, helps make creating and managing articles in The Hub easier and more efficient than ever.
