We are excited to introduce the Linked Learning Content feature within the HubDash section. This enhancement allows you to associate various types of learning content directly with workflow cards, making it easier for users to access relevant materials at the click of a button. Here's how it works:

What types of learning content can you link?

Within each workflow card, you can now link any of the following:

  1. Process Maps: Provide step-by-step guidance using visual maps.

  2. Knowledge Base Articles: Attach relevant articles from your knowledge base for easy reference.

  3. Learner Courses: Link courses or individual lessons to provide structured learning material directly within the workflow.

How to set up linked learning content:

If you are an admin or an owner, you can easily link learning content to any workflow card by following these steps:

  1. Click on the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top right corner of the workflow card.

  2. Select Edit to enter the editing panel.

  3. Navigate to the Learning Content tab.

  4. You'll see options to link the following:

    • Process Maps

    • Knowledge Base Articles

    • Learner Courses

  5. For any of these, click manage. A pop-up will appear where you can choose one or more items from your available learning content.

  6. Once you've selected the items, click Link Selected.

  7. When you're satisfied with the selections, click Save at the bottom-right corner of the panel.

  8. When linking content, please make sure you haven't restricted the items you are attempting to link. Otherwise, users may not have access to the content you have linked.

*Note that members and editors in The Hub cannot link learning content.

How it works for users:

After you've set up the linked learning content, the next time a user opens the workflow card, they will see the attached learning materials. If they click on any of the linked items, a new tab will open, taking them directly to the content—whether it's a process map, a knowledge base article, or a course.

We hope this new feature enhances your workflow experience, helping you easily share critical learning materials with your team.

We hope you enjoy the new linked learning content feature!
