Documentation for Azure/365 connection and inbox viewing
Prerequisites: Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Outlook Online
You must have Admin or Owner level permissions in The Hub.
Step 1
Click on the Sentiment Analysis feature in the Hub, you will be presented with a "Connect to Email Sentiment with Microsoft Azure" banner.
Step 2
Request for approval for access to the Email Sentiment Application
Step 3
You will then see a "Request Sent" message. A request is then sent to the administrator for approval.
Step 4
Administrator Approval - Your Azure Admin will receive an email and will need to action.
Step 5
An Azure Administrator is to authorize the app request in their Microsoft Azure account
Step 6
Email Access - Permissions will need to be granted for Sentiment to be able to analyse email accounts under the member management tab of email sentiment.
Once access is approved, members will then be able to access Email Sentiment. All done!
