Should I Reset a User’s Login Credentials if They’re Having Trouble Logging In?

If you have Administrator access in your Hub, you can reset a user’s Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) without resetting their entire account.

How to Reset MFA

  1. Go to Member Management in your Hub.

  2. Select the user who is experiencing login issues.

  3. Click Reset MFA.

What Happens Next

  • Ask the user to try logging in again.

  • After entering their email address and password, they will be prompted to scan a new QR code using their authenticator app.

  • Once the new MFA code is set up, the user should be able to successfully log in to the Hub.

Note: Resetting MFA is often sufficient and should be attempted before resetting other login credentials.
