Enter your login details
If prompted, click Continue with Microsoft

If the Continue with Microsoft option appears, always try this first.
If it does not work, proceed with the troubleshooting steps below.
Common Login Issues
Users may experience one or more of the following:
Unable to log in with correct username and password
Page keeps refreshing after login
Blank or white screen after logging in
Error messages when accessing the Hub
Login loop where it returns to the login page
Possible Causes
Saved browser data (cache or cookies) causing conflicts
Expired or stuck session
Incorrect login credentials
Browser compatibility issues
Network or connectivity problems
Troubleshooting Steps
Follow these steps in order.
1. Check Username and Password
Make sure your login details are correct
Turn off Caps Lock
Try typing the password manually instead of pasting
2. Refresh the Page
Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows) to reload the page completely
3. Try a Different Browser
If using Chrome, try Edge, or vice versa
This helps confirm if the problem is browser-related
4. Clear Cache and Cookies
Old or corrupt browser data is a common cause of login issues.
How to Clear Cache and Cookies in Google Chrome
Open Chrome
Click the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click Privacy and security
Click Delete browsing data
In the pop-up:
Select Cookies and other site data
Select Cached images and files
Choose All time as the time range
Click Delete data
Close and reopen Chrome
Try logging into the Hub again
How to Clear Cache and Cookies in Microsoft Edge
Open Edge
Click the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click Privacy, search, and services
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear
In the pop-up:
Select Cookies and other site data
Select Cached images and files
Set the time range to All time
Click Clear now
Close and reopen Edge
Try logging into the Hub again
5. Use Incognito or Private Mode
Open a private browsing window
Try logging into the Hub
If it works, the issue is likely related to saved browser data
6. Check Internet Connection
Make sure your connection is stable
Try restarting your modem or switching networks
7. Contact Support
If the issue continues after following all steps:
Provide a screenshot of the error
Include your username and a description of the issue
Mention the browser and device being used
